Shipping policy
Each piece is made with intention. Most in-house orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days, though made-to-order pieces or limited drops may take slightly longer during peak releases. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email or text.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States using carrier-calculated rates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and service level selected. Orders of $129 or more qualify for free standard shipping on in-house products. Certain items may ship from a secondary fulfillment facility depending on availability or production method and may arrive separately with their own rate and tracking.
Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time. While we can’t control carrier delays once a package is in transit, we always ensure your order leaves our hands on time.
International shipping is not available yet, but it’s on our roadmap and will be announced once live.
If you need help with a shipment or tracking information, email support@wearkvne.com and include your order number for the fastest response. Return shipments are routed back to our primary fulfillment facility.
