KVNE Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each KVNE piece is crafted with care and intention. Because many of our items are made-to-order or printed on demand, we do not offer returns for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@wearkvne.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right through a replacement or refund.
Exchanges are only accepted for the same item if it arrives defective. We are unable to exchange for different sizes, colors, or styles once an order has been fulfilled.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete.
